Awful place to work, ridiculously low wages, stupidly long hours, expected to work weekends, short lunch breaks.There is no career progression. Avoid this place at all costs!

The owners are good people but the management staff are not. Poor management of human resources. Do not take care of employees and are not concerned about the well-being of their staff.

Always busy and very productive. always doing something. working with the children, filing papers, making copies. The best part of the job was dealing with the chiildren, helping them with their work and listening to their stories from the previous afternoon or weekend.
