I was working for in-house brand of Firstcry which is Babyhug, handled incoming call,call backs,B2B, e-mails, social media complaint,etc in short overall blended process with lots of responsibility,stress full work environment, no incentives.

At the time of OJT they are firing employees where another chance should be given.

I appreciate the firstcry.com HR policies but terminating a employee just because of quality audits is not a proper solution specially at this time of job recession. I would like to tell firstcry HR policies and management that try to understand the problems of employees rather then obeying your stressed rules.

Pure Day Shift job. Salary is not that much satisfied. Looking for change better opportunity. Rest everything is good. Quite far from my house. So searching for new job.

nice location and survival for work ..and carrier ....love to work here ...very good supporting staff and TL and management also ...very frank behavior
