Long working hrs
I am in first source from lastly seven months a proxy and I have learnt many things. I came to know about what is a job and how to achieve goals in job or life. Everyone in company is very nice, helping and co-operative
My previous roles were not customer-facing so it was great to have the chance to develop this area of my experience.
I also learned a great deal about handling customers.and I developed my skills and experience in numerous different ways.
It was good job but they r not increase salery so salary shold be increase in every 6 months
Working on Non-Tech SOP for Knowmax tool . Working on wrong tagging project as a SPOC of Wrong Categorization. Co-coordinating with FR Team to resolve Escalaltion calls.. Initiative taken to increase transfer rate of calls for level 2 tecchnical and Escalation Desk . Conducting complete Technical and Non-technical sessions several times as per the requirement of process.
