I would say firstsource BPO os the best in bhopal. They have great management in every section. Just salary is too low in comparison to work pressure
I would say firstsource BPO is the best in bhopal. They have great management in every section. Just salary is too low in comparison to work pressure. But for initial stage to learn professionalism and to deal with people u can do it for 1 year

It was nice to work there but due to ill condition i had to leave the job. The people are very welcoming, they are willing to teach the newcomers and policies regarding leaves are not very stringent. Overall lovely place to work.

I Have learnt that how to resolve the customer problem... Also learnt that how should we teart with a genuine Customer and talking with politness with customers..... The workplace culture was very good there..... I also learnt to maintain the team work and the way of talking with a rigid customer...I have also learn that how the different parts of a body acts simultaneously and listened customer problem carefully and want to know that what the customer want..... I enjoyed all the parts of the job and roll of the job....
