Positive environment; talented people; supportive colleagues; flexibility and work/life balance; plenty of opportunity for self-development (but you have to take the initiative). Strong work environment for people who are good at setting boundaries.

Never every join. Complete waste of time. You'll only fry looking at undeserving promotions without any interviews. Get tea, snacks for Directors and above to get promoted.Manipulative to the extent that they play with careers. Company needs to look at escalations seriously and not hide unethical activities. HRs also need to stop being biased. Joining hands with the corrupt with definitely encourage promotions but lets see for how long!

Good company for senior.. higher management not good

Company is good for senior people who are at there comfort zone. Higher management is not taking any step to make this company as employee friendly.Employees are forced to come to office. Sapience is keeping track of your work it seems management is not trusting employees.
