Not a good place to work if you're on contract

It is a fast paced system where some teams are quite new so you get to work on lots of things. But taking leaves is an issue as they don't keep backups for you which means you'll always have to be available no matter what and work during sales becomes really hectic.Especially for contract people, and there is no assurity of becoming a FTE even after 2-3 yrs of working there.
