I would like to say that the sallary should be raise quarterly at attractive amount then the emloyees worked very confidential and improves efficiency and effectiveness.....
I think the company should give them a good salary package and bonuses on occasions and proper holidays .
Avoid little technical issues and be more careful in that regard.
While improving the process take suggetions from ground level employee thats makes process robest.
Job security should be a top priority
Reduce working hours and provide team accordingly to work load
Well so far employees should not have wrong notion of hikes each year, it solely depends on his/her additive contribution apart from daily job description.
