As an Employer Flowserve keeps the value of its employees and helps people to grow. But in Application engineering Category Flowserve's management is a Failure and it doesn't evaluate people suitably. The Indian management is not upto the mark the interesting part of the job is that you will get chances to meet overseas customers and understand their requirements via face to face meeting The working time is flexible and it is somewhat relaxed during normal workload period. But sometimes it is very tight schedule also. As a whole you can give a rating of 3.5 to Flowserve.

Love my sales and project management profession
