Good but not excellent.

Good to start your career, however, you itself need to take initiative to learn and grow. Timing is very much suitable for a person who wants to study along with the job.

Cons

manpower less, Salary less corresponding to talent.

Really nice working experience in Flsmidth. i learned a lot and developed my skills in a very good manner.Competent, diligent & qualified Proposal engineer, with experience of over 9 years. Worked extensively in Cement plant proposals( Greenfield & plant upgrades) . Excellent communicator with exceptional talent for problem solving and ability to handle multiple functions and activities in high pressure environments with tight deadlines.Strong team builder with proven ability to motivate team members towards achieving production targets. Excellent client management skills, innate ability to build strong, lasting and mutually beneficial relationships.

It is a good place to work. They provide training for gradate engineers which includes 6 months of site training and later back in the office. The office culture is good and provides good opportunity for growth.

Job Security is not good as there is no business

Good Ambiance to work, management keeps changing frequently and not stable. Your juniors get more paid than you if you are not bold enough to ask your manager for a salary hike. You can balance work and family as there is 2 days holidays per week. If you live in the city then travel time is minimum 1.5-2 hours.
