Work is exciting but management is worthless, workplace and teams are good, but team leaders are all unprofessional, and does not follow job ethics. The hardest part is when they don't scheduled the class data correctly but wants us to take classes with respective process. Enjoying is when the kids says thank you for helping me you are very good tutor.

Good team leader and work environment

The team which I was a part of was really helpful, our team leader was very good. She helped me to achieve my goals in the company. But the overall work culture and environment is not good, there is no job security. There is no bonus for extra work. They are giving salary which is less than the said in-hand salary. There is so much pressure while handling online sessions, they are changing the process day by day.

Worst place to work

This is the worst company ever, guys please don't join. They will make you work for 6 months to 1 year and terminate you without proper reason. The technical team, the assigning team and the management are all useless. They don't know how to speak in English, they don't know how to teach students. They don't know how to assign the correct topic. They don't know how to review your sessions. Even if the student likes the way you teach the QA cannot understand the English written in the chat, and they just give negative QA, even if the student has given a 5/5 rating.

Fun and Fast Paced

It is 8 hour work job, sometimes you might have OT based on their student sessions.Work will be interesting as you have to handle 1st graders to high school.
