Not a good work atmosphere and work culture. Not updated and there are ko possibilities to learn and grow. Divide and rule policy is the main policy. No encouragement and positive energy

Pay is good but promotion is on seniority basis. Management is poor but they change every two years because of mandatory transfers. Work life balance is awesome as the job is seasonal but you get paid for whole year.

Food corporation of India is mighty organisation governing by central govt. I worked 40 years in various sections like finance accounts cash budget payrolls and audit also. I was fortunate to be part of the organisation in serving the country like food security
