Relaxed work environment with great people
Assistant Grade II (Former Employee) - Chandigarh - March 30, 2022
Pay is good but promotion is on seniority basis. Management is poor but they change every two years because of mandatory transfers. Work life balance is awesome as the job is seasonal but you get paid for whole year.

Business without Profit
Depot Assistant (Current Employee) - Delhi, DELHI, IN - December 3, 2018
Currently the Operations Manager of Food Corporation of India, I oversee all logistics associated with imports and freight delivery. My work has resulted in an efficient and streamlined operation.
As an operations manager, I strongly believe in giving team members ownership of their work while motivating them to achieve success. This empowerment model results in an increase in employee retention, loyalty, production, efficiency and safety awareness.
My qualifications in management have enhanced my ability to carry out these functions, but I believe it is my interpersonal skills that have driven my success in fostering strong workplace processes and supplier relationships. I also possess a high level of computer literacy and have managed projects that required IT skills.
