The products of the company are good but the employers are scamming people

Employers are scamming people by enrolling them into the company as supervisors by promising that you will get this much of money if you add people in it , and they even don't allow to sell products on social media ... I mean how one can sell soaps and hand wash worth 32000 . They main moto of the company is to sell products directly to the customers that is perfectly fine and a great idea , but the employers are not promoting this work they are treating it like a network marketing like if you add one people you will get 8k commision so that is what is not correct

Products quality is good and so do the company

Cons

Products are very costly as compared to top leading brands in the same products, and the employers are not promoting products all they are promoting is the network marketing

Pros learning from people skills ,looking to get different opportunity,enjoying to work with people in the past i have worked with people that is made me strong,and smart and the mean time helping people what they need ,when they need Cons challenge my self to learn and do better thinks at work, working with people as a team, time management ,learning thinks are important to work related sooner Advice to Management motivate people and teach them easy way to do better thinks to do at work as a team , set up individual goal per every one

Productive, full of enthusiasm and joyful work

Learned many things at work be it managing work, completing the given task on time, maintaining a healthy relationship with old clients as well as new ones. The hardest part of the job was to convince other people to buy the product but fortunately, we enjoyed it.
