Unprofessional and biased

They don’t have professional work culture. Most of the seniors are biased and have favouritism based on religion not on professionalism . I was management trainee there and senior doctors usually argue on my hijab. After completing my training when I went for job interview they said they cannot hire someone who is wearing hijab, either I have to quit the job or my hijab.
