Hr doesn't appreciate your skills and management is just not upto it. Payscale really less. Although you get to learn alot but there is an issue of shortage of staff which can happen at any time

Good for freshers

Not a good place to work. The staff does not teach you anything and everyone is very rude. Work life balance is absolutely zero. Freshers might get to learn a lot but they wont teach you anything. You have to learn everything by yourself.

Female OPD managers are very bad and non supportive with staff who discourage staff all the time.No training was given to staff properly from the front office.

work starts at 9:30 am. good Breakfast employs. then work with the doctors and patients. good lunch. then rest of the day till 5:30 pm. the management is the best they are always concerned about the employees. the hardest part of the job is having a difficult patient or surgery.

Extreme internal politics and work culture are very bad. There is no job security. Anytime employee will terminate without any true reason.No job timing. Sales Employee can call in office morning and evening both.

-Fortis was my beginning place in terms of Professional experience, I learn everything from there, Especially Sr.Vincy Nazareth was my First charge.-Hardest part I felt was traveling from hostel up and down, too tiring.-The very sad thing I didn't receive my PF until now.

Lot of learning
