It is fine and good company.Worked here and the infrastructure is average.The process needs to work more on the employees benefits.The cafeteria facility is not so good as expected.

somethings are good and some things are bad. I was on contractual basis and I cannot provide accurate feedback on the company. I would say that somethings were below average and somethings were above average.

Carrier growth and entertainment work place

I have 1 year and 8 months experience in Sales team and 2 years experience in technical support. I have learned a lot.I have solved a lot of technical issues and sales question in daily. I have got a lot of certifications and rewards in sitel. I have also earned lot of cash awards. It was a great experience in sitel.

They will give the appreciation and rewards for each and every month toppers.

I spent my one year .enjoyed so much .very good place to work for those who want to work with fun, that's way i like this .but it makes me lazy because i wanna work hard and i think this is good for youngers like me. But there are some difficulty like no quick way to grove and achieve more and more.
