The Management is not good cheap politics lot of work pressure. Long working Hours do not encourage employees. The management do not recognize the talent instead they show partiality to those who do what they say

The day at work was to attend the team meeting and make a note of days work schedule.
Team building and customer interaction .
Management was good and supportive .
Work culture of the company cool and friendly .
The hardest part of the job was Nothing as everything was something i was interested in doing .

Sitel was my first company to work with.
It was a BPO where I was working for a US process.
It was a new thing totally however the kind of training imparted
was amazing.

Its a suitable title as being a travel process the call volume was always very high but the support of management and fun-do activities on Friday and weekend was a morale increasing.
Have learnt being professional here and dealing the different phases of life at work.
Co-workers have always been supportive motivating helping and understanding . Sitel is just like my second family to me as I spent maximum of my time here as do Overtime.
Most joyable time in Sitel is festivals, Reward and Recognition Ceremonies, Client Visit, Process parties and trips...
It has always been Great with Sitel.
