Overall Experience is good, in terms of tech but in terms of scalabiltity , I don't find enough scalable applications of client which ultimately leads to dissatisfaction

Company used to have Great culture in Comparison with other consulting firms, but due to recent bulk hiring, Fractal culture is diluted. Fractal is not that is used to be.

Nice work culture

Work culture is good. They provide permanent WFH option. Salary is good as per market. The only con is that onsite opportunities are very less. If you are looking for work in data science or data analytics domain, than you can learn a lot over here. But again if you are looking for onsite opportunities, than this won't be the right place for you.

Work life balance is not good but that depends on the project you are working in

Didn't get much exposure to working on different stacks. Managers are supportive at the same time stubborn when it comes to work deadlines, you will get a lot of adhoc requests

Bad quality work(MS Excel, MS Power Point, Reporting), Very Long Working Hours(12 Hours), Expectation is to work on weekends too, No work life balance.Consultant profile is for Business Analyst / Data Analyst do not get fooled by the job description, there won't be any ML/AI work ,it will only be excel and power point work.

Fun and relaxed environment to learn and grow

All employees once a Fractalite are pampered with several facilities. The offices are great. We had access to a great library and had several team bonding activities on most special days. We could work from home/traffic/anywhere. You had the liberty to reach out to any person at any time.

Complacency develops after a few years. No one is going to push you to grow.
