Good company with good salary packages. But staff cordinator is not good their are lack of miscommunication between the staff. But working hours are good for female staff as timings are same for all.

The environment at frankfinn is way too better than any other organisations i’ve worked with.it’s been 6 month that i m working here and till now i’ve never felt that i will leave this organisation.

It was nice to be a part of Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training.The training was really nice. People were cooperative and Hr department were friendly and helpful. In short a safe and secure work environment. Sometimes the managers were rude but team leaders were helpful. Leave policies were great.

When I got selcted as a trainer for Aviation and Grooming by frankfinn,I understood the job role and responsibilities of myself for the students. The role is completely based on the trainers skills which will showcase on the student and hence I quickly grabbed the same and was able to incorporate. Since my passion is influencing the students and hence loved every bit of being with frankfinn and hope to continue for longer period with my dedication and hardwork, as I believe in taking Good from the company.
