Will definetly recommend to my friends.Only draw na k is that we are working 6 Daya a week which is fine as they treat all the employees equally and respect everyone. Extremely stressful, they can ask you to go to any centre on any day without even asking you, which they never tell at the time of the interview.

Very bad, fraud company, made me work in different centres. Forget about the extra money for transport, they did not even pay my 3 months salary. STILL THEY HAVE NOT PAID ME MY 3 MONTHS SALARY, ITS BEEN ALMOST 8 YEARS NOW. I would not suggest anyone to work with them. Highly unorganised and unprofessional!

You are just a money making machine to them

Working in Frankfinn's head office is a giant pain. The highest management are very rude and will pressure the rest of the lower departments to pressurise the ones under them till all the subordinates is overworked, crying and overstressed with work. All they do is make you work overtime without pay and make them money with no consideration of employee's life other than that in office. Everyday they will threaten to fire you even after you have met targets. During off season, which is outside an employees control, when revenue is low and with good reason, they will still fire you to take out their frustrations.

learning experience

i took the grooming classes here for the aspiring airhotess and flight stewards. my co-workers were well behaved as they were all instructors. the management was satisfactory. the only hard part of the job was the job security .the most enjoyable part was teaching the young energetic students.
