I'm enjoying working here .Everyday learning new things I.e how to Handel different personalities by solving their issues.Working ambience is great. There are some points where facing difficulties to Handel but with years of experience prefer to convert it in easy task. Most enjoyable moment visit batches & interacting with students & staff briefing.

You wanna work in this company then be ready for the roller coaster ride they will initially be kind hearted towards you later stages they fully drain ur energy out of u, salaries are deducted, your marked absent for no reason, single minute late to punch in your time half day salary deducted and need lot of approval to get that regularised every 10 days u have lot of pressure and challenges in this organisation.If your strong hearted and have strong mindset for sure this positivity will vanish without knowing. I have regretted by joining this company, now it’s ur turn to think.

Except the placements part and pressure i loved working

I enjoyed working with Frankfinn as i was very well trained with the SOP and my JD also i used to get updated time to time for meeting the company expectations in a very positive and uplifting manner by getting trainings. Except the placements part (which too i liked a lot) but then the unwanted pressure was not acceptable

Frankfinn always made me feel like as it is my family, the best gift I received is my trip to europe with my team for 10 days. Visiting Switzerland, Paris and Amsterdam was fun and it is a long lasting memories earned. Thanks Frankfinn. Employee Friendly policies Salary is paid on time. As such no Cons, Each day brings new challenges, but if your head is in the right place and you are prepared to work hard, then the satisfaction of genuinely contribution made can be achieved.
