I've also learned to enjoy teaching and understood that teaching is fun and teaching enthusiastic students are the most enjoyable thing. Management:The management at Frankfinn is supportive and values the contributions of faculty member. Also provide teaching aids for the students so that they can be given best of training.

Initial days when I was new for the premises got bit difficulties but later it was ok.Public speaking becoming strong Presence of mind getting strong .Observation getting strong . Atlast knowledge of field getting more strong day by day.Management is great.Work culture is great.Hardest part when you have back to back four session,sometime.When students gives regards do something for you and shows appreciation and give you warm thanks while leaving ...

Very good organisation to work with. They value each and every employee working with them. Will definetly recommend to my friends.Only draw na k is that we are working 6 Daya a week which is fine as they treat all the employees equally and respect everyone. The management team do listens to all the issues if someone faces any and are always there to give helping hand and support.

When I got selcted as a Hospitality Trainer by frankfinn,I understood the job role and responsibilities of myself for the students. The role is completely based on the trainers skills which will showcase on the student and hence I quickly grabbed the same and was able to incorporate. Since my passion is influencing the students and hence loved every bit of being with frankfinn and hope to continue for longer period with my dedication and hardwork, as I believe in taking better from the company.
