I would like to describe work environment as the most supportive and I have learned lot of things like management of session, validation, keeping records of logistics, office behaviour, professional grooming and effective communication skill.The hardest part of my job is to deal with students regarding their academic assets and the most enjoyable thing about my work is that I really feel passionate about being more responsible for my work profile.

Learned so many things in Frankfinn related to soft skills and communication skills thing. Management is very supportive. Workplace culture is excellent, I believe nothing is hard once you learn. Learning things is most important to improve your skills and yourself with this attitude you survive any kind of work environment. It's all up to you how you take the things and handle the things. All are excellent.

Worst work place, no freedom at work, not at all professional

Worst company in my entire career. I will never suggest anyone to join this. No professionalism at all. Always blaming others for their insecurities and incompetetiveness. No work life balance . Always 11 to 12 hours of work. No extra pay. Worst language will be used by higher authorities all the time. No appraisals.

Worst Company ever

Worst Company ever. They deduct the salary for no reason they give you salary in parts. Work timings are more than 10 hours, if you will raise your voice they only do one thing fire. All they do hire and fire without any reason.

Nothing much to write about. The team was good but there were some sdyes with the management. Unnecessary rules and regulations created for the people who used to work there. Salaries were never used to get credited in time... Too much of interference from the higher management. Neither flexibility nor Freedom of any kind was given to their employees.

Very family work space
