FEA's primary aim is to "give the disadvantaged youth of India, a path to professional jobs"​ by providing a free one-year intensive coaching program for the youth alongside with an upcoming Mentorship program. Stanford University are currently studying it for economic impact. Economics Professors at ISB,

funded by MIT are, separately, evaluating it as a model for helping disadvantaged youth to learn. Other
