The company culture is changing. It is getting less employee friendly by the day. The current focus is on cost cutting. The middle leadership has no clue about the value of employees. These managers prefer retaining tenured employees irrespective of their work quality.

Focus on product, technically incompetent

Good learning experiences in right team

The company is good and have excellent employee policies. Work can be hectic but wlb is good. It is best to focus on learnings when you are here.Most of the people are new here and they also don't know most of the things and the seniors don't care to explain things. The learning curve is made much steeper than it actually is.Promotions are difficult.
