Business Development Associate (Former Employee) - Remote - March 10, 2022

I was in sales, and i understood this whole heartedly that sales is a toxic branch to work in as the pressure is always there doesn't matter how good you perform you're expected to do better, but the managerial level go to the extent of insulting you on a personal level and might ask you to make a fake sale by asking ( read this as ordering) you to put your own money, and that's not it if you try to complain to the upper management or HR team regarding that they will simply ignore you as if you never existed for them. apart from that the senior colleagues are so habitual to this that they'll tell you that despite of you working 12 hours a day it's very generous of the management that they are crediting your salary. So if you're a fresher and trying to get in there please DON'T.

Horrible experience, no work life balance, manager can ask you to work 12 in the night, mental peace is not there, unnecessary salary deduction, and many more.
