Relaxing job...

Those who love to work at offshore, this company would be the best fit for them. you will be deployed on the job (offshore) for 60 to 80 days then will be on paid leave for the next 20 - 25 days.so it's like for every 60 days at offshore you are entitled to 20 days of leave. The salary is not that great but for those who are looking for a relaxed job and love offshore , this job could be the best.

Management is of no use. Only people who knows buttering have long work life here.

Management is of no use. Only people who knows buttering have long work life here. HR is zero, make false promises. No proper increment. No appreciations for hardworking. Only employees who butters their boss have good growth. Few Grow here. Some Managers have no manners to talk. Lady Managers show unnecessary powers.

Organisation engaged in both land & marine based geophysical surveys

Its good to join as a fresher. This is a place for innovative people and learning new technologies. Management is supportive and will encourage you to put your level best. Performance is recognized.

good for base job but not worthy to work in offshore.

during our recruitment we were paid 22,000/- INR in starting, good annual leaves and offshore leaves, Managemant cared more for Field Staffs. But now the culture is degraded 60%. Hifty salaries and allowances and awards for office staff and management employees. but for offshore field staff, Do forget it... starting salary INR 10000/- no field allowance for one year. Poor Engineering Workshop Culture and Stores managemant. Provides good trainings programs. but when it comes to upgradation, its very slow. dont expect that you will be a manager in 3 years. Resource management team is very supportive. but when it comes to working wth Engineering workshop and stores, hope you get used the work culture same as that in some Garage as well as Govt. type.

Supportive resource management team, unlimited lunch in Rs. 10/- for employees only, Monday to Friday 9 to 6 base job, flexible work environment, medical facilities, offshore leaves.

Biased Managemant Mentality and Poor Handling in offshore immigration and client coordination, no job security, If required sends people on forced unpaid leaves, disgusting workshop culture and stores management. currently giving Less salary to new joinees

Fun to work

Here I started my Oil industry job profile and learn so many things. Advance level of skills development I got here. Very supportive and kind management. Provide chance to develop skill and provide facility for sports. I remember our Cricket Tournament so much fun.

this company is a multinational company whose head office is located in holland and has regional offices throughout the world. Basically the company is responsible to do geographical survey both onshore and offshore too.

Directionless & Worthless finger pointing

Not best at all for Bachelors in Engg. but good for diploma & ITI electronics. Work culture is not at all up to the mark. Only blame game is the solution for critical technical problems.

It's a good organisation to learn how to be a professional in work with clients.

I'm very satisfied with my work and interaction with clients.It helps me lot in my career.Especially managing people at site,it's not an easy job to take responsibility of labour while working in site but this organisation gave me such a helpful condition in working places to overcome​ this responsibility.

Third class company Spoiled the image of its parent company

Its good to join as a fresher for a period of 6 months.But you cannot consider the company to help you grow in your career. Very slow growth in salary and promotion. So I request people to think twice before you join this company. Also when the company feels that there is no benefits from the employee for a particular period they will send the employee on leave without pay. There is no respect for employee in this company.

Offshore Profile

I’ll be required to assess, assemble and muster all equipment required for a project based on the scope of work of the particular project. Checking all equipment, independently and after system integration with all relevant interfacing with the requisite software to confirm data transmission, reception and logging. At the time of project I’ll receive all equipment at site and install them onboard the relevant marine spread/craft/vessel and fully integrate it for survey/site operations. • On return I shall be responsible for handling over of the complete equipment set for standard checks and preventive maintenance routines by the base engineer and lab staff. In addition, I’ll be called upon to carryout ant other duties in line with my qualification, capabilities and experience by the management from time to time. • Checking, maintenance, servicing and calibration of positioning and geophysical survey equipments in the lab and keeping them ready for mobilization at anytime.

I worked at Fugro full-time (3+YEARS)

Must be fair in giving benefits to all employees no matter what the working status is. There is no difference between highly talented and not much better person even after taking competency test every year , everyone gets same salary ..this could change

Learned about survey system and jobs.Trouble shooting and fault finding. Software and hardware installation. Computer networking. Management is professional and systematic. Coworkers are friendly and supportive. Long duration away from home. Working Culture good
