Personally i didn't like working culture of this organisation
Behaviour of Sr. Employees was very bad with new joining executive. They are like just pulling you down. Sr. Executive really don't know that how to manage a relationship with there jr. executive.

Job pressure is too much.. Lots n lots of expectations nd target is too high to achieve.. Comparison with other well performing employees.. Will be counted in the team if and only one performes.. Peer pressure
