I have 1year exp on fusion finance Good place for developing carrier and management is very best. If I will got chance then I want to back to fusion. The HR policy of fusion is strong overally it's best of micro finance industry so i want to back there if supervisor give me a chance as management level.

The company is a great fit for someone who is a fresher. It also provides a fairly stable growth for your career by advancement to the next positions in the hierarchy in a few years. And if you are someone who is from tier-2 and tier-3 cities, it'll be easy for you to clear the interview and get the job provided you are quite decent at academics and qualifications that is aligned with the job description.

Good supporting staff and seniors

If you work good then seniors and team work good and you stay in this company and job is secure otherwise not secure if your work is not good and you not serious about the work and this job is only need or achieve the monthly based target.... Only sellery is not compatible its is too much short and no timing.

Good experience while working there until covid-19. Then it become bad. They put too much pressure Then you will irritate. Collection pressure will blow your head.
