Poor work environment

Hard to sell brand.Too much of hierarchy which is actually not needed.All bosses were late to office though they wanted teams to be in time and sit late in the evening. IT was weak.Underwriting was very conservative.They did not want to take risks.Very less time given to fromt line sales to settle down as the bosses did not had patience to build up Distribution.
