It is a great place to work in. Probably the most challenging environment to work in. Was a very consistent trader. Delivered on all the set goals. Reached beyond my assigned work duties to develop strategies, learnt Javascript to automate trading.

Future first is typical proprietary trading firm with hectic work hours and no work life balance. The exit options after this role are also very limited.

Market Analyst (Current Employee) - Gurgaon, Haryana
Your day starts whenever your market does, and since the exchange of your market is situated in some distant land, the timing is usually pretty odd. If you can handle stress and don't care much about the job security, this job is for you. However, your social life may take a hit, and since the management strongly discourages you from taking holidays, you may not be able to describe yourself as a travel buff anymore.
Pros
Lots of money (but one guy in a hundred does it)
Cons
Work-life balance is ruined, No job security
