Company day to day growing with employees healthy & welth

First of all the brand name itself speaks a lot. Next the technology and security is way too high and updated. Coming to the pays and hikes this company provides better as compared to most. The best thing apart from work is the facilities provided to the employees (the cost of which is borne entirely by the company) is pretty helpful and more than anything else it gives a very good work-life balance.

Most of the work sustanence. Very less new project development. Legacy product maintenance. Increments are average. Good for short period 3 years because it has good brand image in the market

Ge renewable energy not a good company for freshers specially for CS background but good for electrical engineers. Work life balance is good but not many team building exercises happens.
