It is the worst place to work . We left for our office 7.30 am from mess which was 20 minutes away and return back at 10 pm . It was our routine for almost 2 years now. Basically it all depends on site incharge or MANAGER. You are talking about snacks , we don't even gonna get water to drink if we didn't manage it ourselves. Snacks are only for cabin guys.
Fixing timing. If sitting for extra hrs you will get the snacks but you wont get the OT.
