It is the worst place to work . We left for our office 7.30 am from mess which was 20 minutes away and return back at 10 pm . It was our routine for almost 2 years now. Basically it all depends on site incharge or MANAGER. You are talking about snacks , we don't even gonna get water to drink if we didn't manage it ourselves. What is the company culture at Gannon Dunkerley & Co. Ltd?
Old age culture is so found here according to me.There should be flexibilty of holidays to employees. They should not deduct the salaries of employees if taken holidays without prior notice. Afterall company is also not paying the salary in their stipulated time given in appointment letter.Asked June 5, 2017
