The majority of people in this company like to work for corruption without thinking about newcomers as well as the company's reputation. No one follows the rules, policy, and ethics. As per policy, nothing will be seen on sites. Employees work more than 12 hours a day, moreover, they work on Sundays, if you ask for leaves to your senior, you have to need again and again request for leaves until they agree, either you take extra leave, your senior will deducte your salary.

Pros

You would feel a king with partial vision in a kingdom of blind people

Cons

More than 12 hours per day duty, no bonus, no promotion, no holiday, on Sundays also duty, bad living and food management. After leaving the company, no one will listen to you for your full and final settlement as well as experience certificate.

I was working in this company in 2012 - 2016, in between lots of change seen!Good people are removed through office politics or oiling to higher management and lot people seen as such as they loot to company beside this communal issues are strong in west bengal.

Non Productive workspace
