Productive but no fun!

I was working in this company in 2012 - 2016, in between lots of change seen!Good people are removed through office politics or oiling to higher management and lot people seen as such as they loot to company beside this communal issues are strong in west bengal.

Non Productive workspace

No work ethics. Nobody cares about employees forget labourers. Company has no strategy for development of business and employees. Not a good company to work if you want overall development for your career. Promotions appraisals and leaves everything in site managers hand if you keep them happy then you are good to go. I don't recommend any to work there.
