Very relaxed and balanced work-life environment

Gartner has amazing work culture. Management is good, they never stress you out. They also offer flexible working hours. You can choose to work at any time. It also has remote work options. Team members are very supportive and helpful.

Gartner pay scale is at lower side as per industry standards and promotions are very slow. Other than that, it provides WFH which is the best thing. The benifits and insurance policy is great.Advice for management: focus on growth of the employee.

Good place to work with no late sittings, decent salary and good work life balance

I was working as an editor wherein we have to edit articles in power point presentations as well as word document as per the specified guidelines. Work involved interactions with analysts... Management was good and encouraging. Company dodnt encourage late sittings and expected us to ou achieve the daily targets within the specified time.
