very bad behaviour with emloyees he just close to transport vendors only for sum personal works ,not working for company..he always support only the staff which joined gati from their native place

Good place to work but salary package is very low. I'm not satisfied with their salary packages for all employees. in fact one executive is getting 15K for a month.

GATI is a very good company to work . they will teach you to work in each and every department at the time of Trainee. For me i was in Service Department but i have learn to work in Accounts department, Logistics, Customer care . Job work/Life balance is good. Salary was more or less ok being a fresher. Job Security is there.Management is good. Job culture is good.

One day me and my mate working on systems to do active day work and we have to complete that job within 24hrs.So, me and my mate decide to do job in time and save the performance of the branch.Suddenly system went off due to some technical problem and we became helpless none of them(it officers) are unable to solve the problem. I finally decided to go other way that is convey the info about our problem to another branch and make them to work. So I take a call to another branch officers to help me but he was not ready to do my work because, he was new to that place and post. So I slowly conveyed all prospectus to him and made to do the work finally he done it.

as a associate i am working at Gati Ltd all the system and manual work . loading , unloading , challan preparing , Re-packing the the damage Materials and stock maintain . connecting the miss routing materials ,customer handling and also mailing."enjoy the work" we learn hear .In this Company management very tuft .I help all the staff in there work when i have enough time and co- ordination all the company activity .Customer handling is the hardest part of this job.And staff co- operation is the most enjoyable part of this work because without co - operation we can't fulfill our target .
