Gati LMTD is a good company. But the call center is very unaupprtive. If you are a beginner then it is okay otherwise there are many other options in the city better than it. HR is unsupprtive, no backing from TL . Only plus is collegues. They are very supportive. No salary hike in time. U have to be in and around the manangement if you want to succeed. They doesnt care what you have done for the company, and never sacrifice your own things for the company.

As heading suggests, they have worst work culture. According to employees and senior employees, male and female employees can not be only friends. LOL

it needs a multitasking person who can manage customers on call listen to their problem and solve them in the same time in the minimum period of time.Give information about there shipment and help them track it.

They have different teams to work with. Initially you start with Frontline and based on your performance you are promoted. Every team have their own pros and cons. Getting an experience of working at Gati is a plus point in your career.

very good culture . seniors are supportive even in case if your reporting is not with you Hr and Seniors support you if you are right. Safe and self respect is there. fun activities are done . Only the thing is salary part and hike its slow and low.
