Good Work Culture to work & to improve yourself.There is Weekly refreshment activity on every Friday which feels great & remove weekdays tiredness with such type of Activities.Good Training activities for over 3 months to improve your knowledge & understand the type of work.Should increase Salary on monthly basis for fresher employees as it motivates them to work hard & productive.

Decent start for those just beginning their coding career.

Medical Coder (Trainee) (Former Employee) - Airoli - January 18, 2022

My exp was not good, training period was good, but the supervisors were not at all professional, use of language was not good, things were not organized in the area that I got, people were just shuffled around. Would not recommend anyone to work there. Hopefully things have changed now.

no dress code...business casuals.

long hours, not systematic, rough high handed behavior of some supervisors

Very bad management not supporting employees I already given them medical reason about my health also submitted supported documents to them still they didn't allow me to take any paid leave they inactive me from the the company . Even though my all Paid leaves was pending..I never ever seen this kind of human in my life.

Great place for career oriented people

There is ample of scope at Gebbs Aurangabad. Promotions are fare. Incentives, weekly off, paid leaves etc. are well taken care of by HR team. Management addresses every concern.

the first day of my job is an induction, after the induction i move to training about basic knowledge aboud medical coding . in this trainin we enjoy a lot and learn more about the HECPS some medical terminology etc. the management in the organization is active and client specific they give priority to our client and its best business strategy.

I worked here in dis place for almost 2 yrs have given my lots of dedication but ultimately just got disappoint. HR policies changes as per management decisions in set favour only nor for employees.

A great place to begin your carrier. You are given a good basic training for a month. Emloyees here are cooperative and friendly. Certain activities are held here from time to time which help you to destress from the regular work schedule.
