Good Organization to work but not for longer period

I served Genpact for 2.5 Years and learned lot of things in Accounts Payable domain. Salary Pay out was monthly and average to high depending on your last drawn and your bargain skills at the interview sessions.

Choose only if you have no good options

Glorified Factory You will feel very bad for choosing this. You will be asked to work 12+ hours if you asked for OT management will treat you like you have committed a crime. Your yearly calander holidays will get cancelled in the name of business criticality. Everytime Everything is on priority. If you have any good alternative please choose that. good company to work. Learning platform is good. Management is also good. But no good appraisal or promotion on time. Work pressure is high but it depends process to process.
