A typical day of work with stress and no creativity. No enjoyment at all. No parties. No fair recognition for deliverables. Salary and compensation is worse in the company. Only work and work. Leadership is not approachable.

Good environment and work culture provide to it's employees. Flexibility and 10 days wfh. Yearly appraisal is less. Cab facility for one way. Office is too good and management is also gud. Teams are supportive.
