Compensation is worst per the industry standard.
This company is suitable for the people who can wait for a long for their vertical growth. Very slow paced company, where the salary hike is a big deal. Work life balance is amazing since the company is flexible, and it's a great company for a married employees.
Salary hike and promotion
The company only focus is to save money on the cost of employees mental Health and living.You should only join this place if you are not getting any job and move out once u have the alternative to do so.

It's been a good experience over all at Genpact. Everyday is a new learning at Genpact. Hierarchy levels at Genpact is very transparent and very feasable
Free trainings on any tools, free cafeteria for selected process.
One side cab for transportation, some of the process are uncompetitive
Started out fine, until Genpact took over the company (Symphony Marketing Services) and then things went downhill. Perks and average hikes/ratings started coming down Genpact started bringing in Managers without hands on knowledge of the process, which in turn increased the attrition

Experience in Banking & financial services, retail banking, data quality and assurance.Areas of specialization include identification of different Vsrisbles which are criticalfrom business standpoint. review critical data element and prioritize rules, Data quality and UAT for different regulatory reporting enhancement process. Consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending.
Okay okay company tocwork with not much excitement. Top management doesn't have subject knowledge. Compensation is not that great, the appraisal structure is the worst I have seen in any company.
Work life balance and colleagues
My journey in Genpact has been learning curve, I got to work with different manager in span of 8 years and everyone thought me different ways to handle team, proces, life etc., I m indeed great that I got the opportunity to work in Genpact and its amazing people.
