It isn't a bad place to work at but a lot of it is repetitive. I liked being paid weekly also Most of the mangers were nice. They would help with anything you didn't understand.

I would not recommend this job! They don’t have alot of employees so all the work is piled on the employees there! Management sucks! They do not have any understanding!

Genpact is a good job. Hours are great especially if you have a family. The pay is not as good as it seems. Calling doctors offices can be stressful but you just have to take control of the call

Genpact is nice. They are very accomodating. I love the benefits and all. People are very nice. Hardest part of the job would be the metrics. I'm just new but they're giving me a bad rating, they should've considered it first, and because of that I lose the incentives.
