Pros:Benefits like Preschool for kids, Car lease, variable generally not more than 10%.Cons:Bad culture They say something and later ask you to compromise in work timings, job profile, etc.No leadership quality in Managers.Micromanagement l.HR has no power.Not good in terms of quality IT work, more of support projects.

Join if you have no job at hand.Most clients are difficult, timings are extensive, even during govt. holidays and weekends. Higher leadership is decent.Loads of mandatory online trainings, but those are not industry recognized certifications.

Good organisation in terms of employment. There is a job security, never heard of lay off in company. This organisation has played a impactfull role during Covid. Given job to those employees family members who got expire during Covid
