My experience with Genpact has mostly been positive. They have a fair working policy and remote working is available for most projects.The only thing I didn't like is the hike after first year which is not based on performance but is generalised. From second year onwards it's performance based.

it is the good company with a lot of big projects from many big companies like Morgan Stanley,jp morgan, etc, salary is on time, there are many verticals to work for.
