It was good working with Genpact there was flexible time shifts.but there was no job security.there was huge incentives.health benifits and internet allowance.

It was my first job in Genpact and I really liked the work culture in Genpact my all colleagues was really nice and my manager was also very good. They all are very cooperative . That's all about my experience in Genpact.

No growth, only work and politics.no flexible in timings. It is just good those who don't have job initially but long run it is not all good . So be aware
