The management is good, the people are helpful and the work culture is just exceptional. However the pay is very less. You need to work hard and the promotions are a bit delayed
#Cabin less culture. #Zero Coding #Standards. Products are dependent on #fixes. You might get into #loops for simpler decisions. Requirements changes #fast af.
Pros
Table Tennis court
Cons
Terrace Food court
You get to learn a lot with new tech, especially in azure ml and AzureDF, also you learn about consulting side of things and how to handle and build products
Handle all activities related to Resource Management and reporting at global level like demand Management, On boarding. Off boarding, extensions, roll off etc
I strongly advise joining this company if you want to be a part of procurement consulting.
Healthy culture
Great management
Many fun and firm building activities
Good place to work and has employee friendly culture. You can sometimes get comfortable working here. Facilities are something better than other competitors.
Good quality of work. Enriching experience here. The most enjoyable part of the job is that you get an opportunity to work directly for client projects.
GEP is fast growing consulting organizations with focus on Indirect Procurement. It has diverse clientele and offer on-site travel opportunities. Work-culture is flexible and career growth is fast. Timings are odd to suite US clients
GEP is growing fast. Hence, the work is stressful. There is no proper induction and training. You are required to perform to your best as soon as you join
One should always work once in lifetime in gep have an awesome work culture. Growth is okay . But most of the leads , directors , Managers are chill. Quaterly team outing and parties. And different games as recreational activity for employees. Pay as per experience.
work life balance is poor.forced to work on weekends and additional hours.micro management by leads.nothing to learn from projects.no encouragement from the leads
An awesome place specially to start a career. Amiable work culture. There were meetings at the fixed time. There are no fixed timings although permanent employees seemed to have shifts as per their assigned customers. Transport facility is also provided to their employees with home drop for ladies after 9 pm.
Pros
Free Tiffins.
Enjoyed my job Good place to work Work friendly growth new things to learn good work culture flexible work timings various client training and supplier training
Nice Company. Employee oriented.
Great environment to work and less work pressure.
Work is properly devided among all team members and managers are very motivating.
Learned a lot in this organisation. A place where you need to invest time and be flexible. Management is supportive. Work from home, lunch facility at subsidize rates, training, exposure to clients, etc. These are some of the many good things that the company has to offer. The hard part/or what people may not like would be the project that they are involved in which might make them work at odd hours but thats what it is.....
Pros
Employee care is taken, Work from home
Cons
Projects are different are if you are not flexible then this is not the place for you
I spent over 18 months at GEP and never felt like my career would advance. It was a toxic and unrewarding workplace. The compensation was generous but I never felt like it would make up for the lack of quality of work.
Awesome employer/workplace, with awesome benefits. Most enjoyable part of the job is being able to interact with all walks of life during events, as well as business hours.
Its a good company to work with. Get good opportunity in terms of work and advancement.
Good Job culture, Free snacks.
There are times when work pressure is there but it will be there in any company.
Pros
Free Snacks
Cons
Transport team shall improve
