They will drag you down from growth

If they are hiring for grading, analysis lab aka testing or if HR or planning please do your self favor and apply without hesitation.IF For LAB ASSISTANTNope :(- work profile is like packaging, little to no computer knowledge required, very unsatisfied job profile.- they will give 10 process including other department work (support when required)and salary to compare the work is very low-most educated candidate don't want to work here even if they try to grow internally, Mangers & TL drag them down because they don't want to spend time and money on new candidate while you are a good catch,securing their Output and role.NOW above mentioned things compare to grading they started 15-17 k while we are 12-13, they grow upto 30k or more immediately after becoming a double grader while we reach max 2k increments.They are doing only one process (grading) while we are...
