Its good for freshers, but for experienced people less pay

During my teaching at the GITAM university India, I have taught Urban design, Landscape and architectural Sociology apart from Design studio for both Bachelors and Master students. I have done huge experimentation in the pedagogy which helped the students enjoy my classes and helped me getting a great command over the subject.What would you say about your employer?
