Joined here as a fresher. Inclusive environment for female employees. Compensation and leave policy could have been better. Difficult to carry research in the institute.

Its good for freshers, but for experienced people less pay

Its ok for freshers. The college is very strict in implementing benefits for the staffs. Mere work extraction culture. Very difficult to mobilize with less salary

Worst place to work

Assistant professor mean Assistant to the donkeys(cse hod,choota bheem brami). especially cse bengaluru .you should lick their shoe to get casual leave also.

You learn customer call job, counselor job, hostel warden job, watchmen job

Its a deemed University. Mine was permanant job. All facilities provident fund, casual leaves, earned leaves etc. . work load as per norms friendly atmosphere distance is the problem

when we have hostel duty, lunch and dinner and accommodation provided

Handled Electromagnetic field theory subject with excellent results with pass percentage 98% and 90%. Also handled Advanced Control Systems even on research side I have concentrated a lot. Management is friendly and encourages for publishing papers and research. My co-workers are well qualified and having a very good background . At last I have gained Lot of knowledge and learned many new things about research papers.
